L’Immenso srl is a publishing company which has been producing, distributing, promoting and from today also engaging in selling musical products of Amedeo Minghi. The purpose is to offer better services to the own fans including new initiatives and exclusive products. It is possible to find a variety of selected products in our shop. In order to purchase just click on the preselected product and insert it into the pertinent shopping cart, and so on for each other article. At the end of the proceeding you will find all the selected articles added to your own shopping cart. You will get the receipt after every purchase you have effected to confirm it and to provide you with the number of your order.

SHIPMENT

The shipment of the products is executed by the Italian post via express courier 3 or registered mail; the goods will arrive at destination within few days from the date of shipment which will not be effected until the payment has been ascertained. Afterwards we will promptly inform you about the performed shipment indicating the relative parcel code so you will be able to track your order on the Italian post’s website. The orders placed on excluded days will be postponed to the next working day.
Please verify carefully on delivery as follows:

The code of the parcel should correspond to that previously indicated.
The package must be integral and free of damage.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost is 5, 00 euros within Italy and 8, 00 regarding abroad.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any delays in performance of their obligations if such a delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a reasonable period of time necessary to perform such obligations.

APPLICABLE LAW

Each selling contract is construed as concluded in Italy and is to be regulated by the Italian law; it is subject to be governed by the Italian authorities only. The competent forum for each case of controversy is the Tribunal of Rome.

WARRANTY

All the products purchased on http://www.amedeominghi.it are under the official producer’s warranty. It is enough to keep the receipt delivered with the ordered products and to call the following phone number: +39 06 66165889 in order to avail of the warranty.

RIGHT OF RESCISSION

Right of rescission regarding purchases effected by mail, phone, television, and teleinformatics: the legal Italian regulations (DL 15/01/92. N.50) provide for unconditional right of rescission. You have to send a simple notification to Fan Club Primula in order to avail of such a right reserved for natural persons.

In case of ordered goods: within 10 days from the date of delivery.
In case of services: within 10 days from the date of signing the order.

Parcels not provided with the CAR will not be accepted by the Fan Club Primula’s Warehouse on their arrival, and it is important to fix it in a well visible manner on the packages. The right of rescission, however, is subject to the following conditions:

The right does not apply to CDs Audio, Home Video and all the products at risk of having been duplicated perfectly sealed if once opened.
The acquired goods and their wrappings must be substantially integral and returned properly packed, completed with all the original spares, including accessories, documentation and internal packages.

According to the legal norms, you will bear the shipping costs. The product will be inspected on its arrival to the warehouse to evaluate probable damages or unsealing. The integrity of the returned goods is the essential condition for availing of the right of rescission. Fan Club Primula will refund you the entire amount you have paid within 30 days from the date of effective return of the return goods, with the exception of probable expenses of restoration caused by damages ascertained to the goods. It will be of your concern to supply us with the bank details in order to obtain the transfer in time.

INFORMATIVE PRIVACY LAW ACCORDING TO THE ART. 10 TO THE LAW 675/96

Notice for the clients of Fan Club Primula according to the article 10 of the Law from 31.12.1996 n. 675 and subsequent modifications (“the Law”) giving disposals to "Tutorship of the persons and of other subjects relative to the treatment of personal data", informs you as follows:

The data you supplied (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) to the appropriate headings of the website, will be a probable object of collection, registration, organization, storage, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, confrontation, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation and destruction ("the Treatment"), according to the Law and the privacy obligations.
The data will be treated for the following purposes, which are also relative and useful to the activity of Fan Club Primula, particularly: accounting, invoicing, trading business, marketing, promoting, statistics, mailing of publicity and informative materials, direct selling activities or distribution of products and services.
According to the indicated purposes, the treatment of data will be effected by means of informatics and/or teleinformatics, or imprinted, and, however, by suitable means in order to guarantee security and privacy.

The data can be communicated, for the treatment purposes as listed above, to natural or artificial persons, entities or communities, named by Fan Club Primula in order to supply elaborative or executive services, or to support those of Fan Club Primula, particularly: companies that execute informatics services, accounting, trading business, managing, assurance, banking and finances, evaluators, consulting and legal entities, associative organisms, public administration, universities and centres of research. The data can be also communicated to companies controlled by and /or connected, also indirectly to Fan Club Primula.
A detailed list of subjects to which the data can be communicated is available on the Fan Club Primula’s office premises.
The data can be transferred abroad. Fan Club Primula also informs you that, according to the Treatment above-mentioned, you can perform the rights according to the art. 13 of the Law, among which, particularly, the right of being aware of registered personal data, to obtain the latest modifications, the amendments or the add-ins, to object to illegitimate treatments of data or those performed for purposes of commercial information, diffusing of publicity materials, direct selling, and interactive commercial communication. Fan Club Primula informs you eventually that sharing of your data is optional. However, if you refuse to authorize the Treatment and the communication to the subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories, it will be impossible to effect the inquired purchase.
In addition, we bring to your attention that Fan Club Primula is not the head of authorization to the Treatment of sensitive data (according to the art. 22 of the Law), and we ask you therefore not to insert into the pertinent boxes all those personal data that may reveal the ethnical origins, the religious, philosophical or convictions of other kind, the political opinions, the contiguity to political groups,trade unions or organization of religious, philosophical, political or trade union character a fortiori those which may reveal the level of health and the sexual life.
